Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Larger or custom orders may require 5–10 business days depending on size and detail.

Stickers and prints are packaged in rigid or kraft mailers with protective sleeves and chipboard backing.
Whenever possible, I use recycled and reused materials—wrapped with love for both you and the planet.

📭 Delays & Lost Mail

Untracked letter mail does not include insurance. If you prefer peace of mind, please choose a tracked option at checkout.
I am not responsible for lost untracked mail once it has entered the postal system.
If your order is damaged or doesn’t arrive, please reach out—I’ll always do my best to make it right.

Are your stickers waterproof?

My stickers are water-resistant, printed on premium matte vinyl and laminated for durability.
They’re great for journals, laptops, and dry surfaces—but not dishwasher-safe. Handwashing gently but do not submerge or soak. My kids had my stickers in their pockets and they held up through the wash process intact and still colorful!

How is letter mail handled?

Letter mail is shipped in a kraft or rigid envelope with a Forever stamp (up to 1 oz).
If the envelope exceeds size/weight limits, it may be upgraded automatically to tracked shipping.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I’m open to custom work. Use my contact form or email me with your idea and I’ll let you know if it’s a fit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I currently ship to select international regions through tracked or flat-rate shipping.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs/duties may apply depending on your country.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my work, I do not offer returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or is lost.
If something’s wrong, I’ll do my best to make it right.
