🎨 About My Artwork 

Q: What mediums do you work with?
A: I primarily work with acrylics, oils, and mixed media on wood panels and canvas. I often incorporate modeling paste, gold leaf, iridescent highlights, and symbolic textures to create depth and story in each piece.

Q: Are your pieces original or prints?
A: All works listed as "original" are one-of-a-kind, hand-painted artworks. I also offer limited edition fine art prints and occasional art print bundles or stickers for collectors who love smaller treasures.

Q: Can I see the artwork in person before purchasing?
I do not currently offer an open studio, hopefully one day I can provide this service. As I operate my studio from my private home studio, its not possible at this time.

Q: Do you accept custom commission work?
A: Yes! I love co-creating meaningful pieces with collectors. I currently offer flora or fauna abstracts, fantasy portraits, intuitive abstract work, and symbol-rich custom paintings. Please include your size preferences, timeline, and any personal elements you'd like included when reaching out.

Q: How long does a commission take?
A: Typical turnaround is 6–12 weeks, depending on the size, detail, and my current schedule. Rush commissions may be available for a fee—please inquire for availability.

Q: What's your commission process?
A: After we connect and align on your vision, I’ll send you a quote. A 50% deposit secures your place in my calendar. I provide updates at key stages, including a sketch or early progress photo if requested. Final balance is due before delivery, and shipping or pickup will be arranged at that time.

📦 Shipping & Care

Q: How do you package artwork for shipping?
A: Each piece is lovingly packaged using protective wrap, rigid mailers or boxes, and includes care instructions. Originals are shipped with tracking and insurance whenever possible. Prints are sealed in cello sleeves with backing boards or placed inside rigid tubes depending on size.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! I ship worldwide. International orders may take longer to arrive and could incur customs or import fees—these are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow extra time for delivery outside the U.S.

Q: How should I care for my artwork?
A: For best results, display your artwork away from direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme heat. Dust with a soft, dry cloth—do not use water or cleaning products. Prints should be framed under UV-protective glass when possible to preserve vibrancy.

💬 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What's your return policy?
A: Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss a solution together. I want you to feel good about your purchase.

Q: What if my artwork arrives damaged?
A: Please contact me right away with clear photos of the item and the packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue, including possible replacement (for prints) or filing an insurance claim (for originals).
